This week heralded the start of the annual SEMA performance show in Las Vegas, and true to form, Dodge was there with an exciting prototype of the legendary Challenger. Called the "Challenger GT AWD," this model boasts exactly what you might think.

That's right, folks. Dodge brought an all-wheel drive prototype of the popular Challenger to SEMA, and performance fans are abuzz about what this could mean. Unfortunately, Dodge has said this won't be a production vehicle, but we're still pretty excited about it. The grey-and-orange paint is positively stylin', and we can't get enough of that beefy body kit.

The real news is the Scat Pack 3 enhancing the 5.7L HEMI V8 under the hood. With 75 more horsepower and 44 lb-ft more torque, it's got quite the power jump to those four wheels. Mated to an eight-speed transmission, we can imagine this car is a heck of a lot of fun to toss around.

We can dream. Or, we can get behind the wheel of one of our current new Dodge models and have our own kind of fun. To learn more about what they're like, drop by our Shelbyville, KY dealership.
